Conditions for Returns:

Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Please email info@makeducationpress.com to notify us of your intention to return the item. Include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
